To adopt from Windy Hills Doodles, please follow these easy steps.

1. Fill out our online adoption application .
2. You will receive an e-mail notification that we received your application.  You will now be on our "information" list.
3. You may send in a $250.00 deposit to move from the information list to the adoption list.
4. When a dog’s pregnancy is confirmed we will send a announcement to all of the people on our lists. 
5. As soon as a litter of puppies is born, we will send notifications of available puppies to applicants on the adoption list in the order their deposits were received.
6. When you get an e-mail notice of available puppies, please e-mail us immediately to let us know you would like one of the puppies.  An additional $250.00 deposit will be required at this time to reserve the puppy.  All deposits are applied to the purchase price.
7. We will give you weekly updates and photos of your new family member.
8. At 7 weeks we will “allocate” each puppy to their new owners. We reserve the right to match the puppies to the new families. After allocation of your puppy, the balance of the purchase price will be due along with a signed purchase and sales agreement .
9. Puppies can leave to be with their new families once they are at least 8 weeks old.  We charge $10/day boarding fee for any puppy left with us after the day they turn 12 weeks old.

If we don't have the puppy you are looking for, you can move on to the list for the next available litter. After sending the deposit, should you decide not to adopt a puppy, you will forfeit your deposit.
